Build an Software using FTDIChip-ID on FT245RL

Need an little software: -software must copy some file from an folder to an another folder best is that all folder and files are encrypted after write in folder it must write on the ftdi eeprom which folder has been copied ( 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 etc........) -Software must start an .exe from an folder wait (time in second......and put files from folder during other software start) eventualy during the start upload ect freez mouse -Software must check FTDI Id on an FT245RL (every software are bounded to an FTDI ID) and check which file was the last time copy (in EEPROM from FTDI) and use the following Customer: -When Customer start software he can select 2 buton "RESET" and "EXIT" eventualy an info if the FTDI are connected or not ( RESET Buton "red" or "Green" Background) Admin: -Admin can add data and encode new ftdi id to lock every software to each ftdi ID -Admin can select/add folder -Admin can select outpout folder -Admin can select time beetwen .exe start and copy data from folder -Admin can reset eeprom from ftdi the best where to build it in visual basic thank you
