Custom DD-WRT Guest/Captive Portal for Wireless

I am currently working on a project which involves flashing Cisco and Linksys routers with DD-WRT in order to use "NoCatSplash" as a guest captive portal. Goal: The main goal of the project is to have guests connect to the wireless network and be redirected to a specified URL without having to accept terms and conditions. A time limit should be set for when the user must be redirected to the URL again. Problem: Currently the problem is that guests are required to accept the terms and conditions before being redirected. I simply need each user that connects to the wireless to be redirected to the specified URL every 12 hours without accepting any terms. NoCatSplash is already designed to do all of this except for bypassing the terms and conditions. I need someone with knowledge of how DD-WRT and NoCatSplash work and how to make this minor tweak.
