Access Application / Cars Administration Tool - repost

Hi, I have gone through your project description in detail and feel comfortable in taking up the task. Your requirement of maintenance of cars, upload data from CSV file and required reports can be provided in MS Access. I have done several MS Access projects of different complexities in forms/reports/VBA coding and can deliver you required output in less than a week time. Also, I can create a desktop program which will be better than access application, will be portable, without dependency, and will work on all major windows os. the best thing is that it is portable you can use it anytime. so I can create it, lets discuss.
