Android development - design of microscope GUI

We are a medical equipment company that will use the ARCHOS 10.1 Internet Tablet as a customer interface to control microscope equipment. See below is the descriptions of the work required. Graphics Project 1.      GUI package for ARCHOS 10.1 Internet Tablet to work on Android platform.  Will be used in a dedicated application on the ARCHOS 10.1 Internet Tablet 2.      We want futuristic looking screens designed that have very "cool" looking interaction with the user. 3.      Design all screens including buttons, text boxes, frames, etc.  4.      Approximately 20 screens will need to be designed all with the same theme but with different information on each screen.  Software Project 1.     Dedicated Application - GUI - to work on Android platform on the ARCHOS 10.1 Internet Tablet 2.     The ARCHOS 10.1 will have constant hook-ups for power, USB/Micro USB, HDMI out and Audio out.  3.     We will use a Serial RS232 micro-controller to control the medical device so the ARCHOS 10.1 must communicate with this micro-controller - through a USB/RS232 Serial link to the micro-controller. 4.     We will need to control the speed and direction of 4 motors in our device from the ARCHOS 10.1 through the USB/RS232 Serial link to the micro-controller. 5.     We will also need to control the intensity of a dual illumination system with the ARCHOS 10/1 through the USB/RS232 Serial link to the micro-controller. 6.     We will need to control the volume of external speakers with the ARCHOS 10.1. 7.     The ARCHOS 10.1 will be a Master and we will eventually need to have an ARCHOS 7.1 as a Slave control device. 8.     The ARCHOS 10.1 will need to store memory settings for multiple users of the equipment.  Must be able to program and store settings. 9.     The Main Screen of the dedicated application will need to come up on start up.  10.   The ARCHOS 10.1 will need to immediately turn off on power down of the equipment. 11.   Within the dedicated application, we will need the ability to connect to wireless ethernet/internet. 12.   Within the dedicated application, we will need access to the camera to store still images of the different users of the equipment so they can be easily selected. 13.   We will need instructions for installation of the dedicated application onto the ARCHOS 10.1. 14.   We will need the source code for future editing we may do in-house.
