A.I. (Artificial Intelligence) text-based script needed to carry on conversations with humans.

I would like to run a server script that can start random conversations with humans, and at least keep them interested for a few rounds of sentences. I would prefer this to be programmed in Perl. If it uses any AI libraries or APIs or whatever, I don't care what *those* are written in, so long as your part that you give to me is in Perl, and runs on either Linux or Windows (pref: Linux) If it's possible for your code to "learn" and "remember", so it can resume a conversational thread it's had in the past when the same user comes back again, that would be ideal. When bidding, make sure you include answers to the following questions inside your bid, otherwise I will ignore/delete your bid right away (ironic - I don't want to consider bids from robots, only real humans who know they can do this work :-) 1. How certain, in percent, are you that you can successfully complete this project and build something that can "trick" any random person into thinking it's a real human for at least 3 rounds of conversation? 2. If you answered >90% for the above, how many rounds of conversation do you think your "robot" might, on average, be able to carry out before the human gets suspicious that it's not a human doing the talking? 3. To test how much you understand of what I'm saying, tell me, as clearly as you can, what you think I mean by a "round of conversation". 4. Can you do this in Perl (and if not, what language would you use instead?)? 5. Will you use libraries or APIs, and if so, are they "open" or "closed", and how much do they cost (if anything). I don't mind paying for quality, by the way. 6. Why should I pick you to do this work? I have no idea how hard this work is, but I also do not have a very big budget, although I am prepared to pay as well as I can for a quality deliverable.
