We need a piece of software writing to interface with Cisco Finesse using XMPP and trap telephone events (e.g. call connected) and make a web service call to an ESB. Platform agnostic, single instance, volumes of perhaps 2000 events per day. To use published APIs from Cisco for Finesse v8.6 and v11.0. ESB side has some flexibility. Code copyright to be owned by us.
