I have done several web applications using social network account, like facebook, twitter, instagram, linkedin etc. I can start working on this immediately. I will provide you the applications using Asp.Net ( probably Asp.net MVC if that is not a constraint for you). All you requirements are clear to me. I will provide 1) A web page where you can set up any account for Facebook and Instagram login 2) A settings page to manage your accounts and select what you want to store in the database 3) A page to display the details. You can select what you want to see. 4) An optimized and responsive web application to work on any device's browser and screen size. 5) collect data by using any #hashtags 6) All database and page operations will be asynchronous to provide you a better user experience.
