We need to develop an application for counting cars / people or objects entering the control zone. The application must be able to work with a video file or accept the input of a set of frames with IP cameras or webcams in real time. It is advisable to use OpenCV we need to focus on counting cars first. All data that is collected is automatically saved in a .txt file. the programmer would also need to create an easy to understand GUi. Would be great if you have already done such a project or have previously worked over it. shall also share videos for reference. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks

I have excellent skills in openCV, openCL, openGL, C/C++,DLIB and python etc. I have excellent knowledge of image processing and I can also show you my work which I have already did related to openCV. The projects which I have already done before are retina detection, face detection, face tracking , face landmark drawing, automatic zoom and panning through openCV, gender recognition, age estimation, smile detection ,image segmentation and letter recognition etc. I do my work with full dedication and also in given time.
