Looking to create a simple video creator on adobe air similar to powerpoint only with out many features. Here is rough mockup of what it will do along with instructions in the page notes. : [login to view URL] It will turn slides into video. Please let me know if you have created this before on adobe air and can use old code. Thanks.

please note adobe air will not by itself be able to encode video, as adobe doesn't have encoding classes and rewriting encoder classes is a huge task in itself. there are non-commercial encoders available but they are not good and don't compress file. I can do it by using 2 systems adobe air for frontend and java/c for encoding purpose. or even the entire program in java. other terms: 1. simple functional design. 2. use of open source components. 3. You will be able to test it within 7 days and after which the milestone will become payable. If you need more time please let me know.
