Create file shredding and file saver and conversion software

Hey, i can do the file shredder part for 70 CAD. I will code this in Delphi or Lazarus, my bid includes full source code. The application can be either GUI or non GUI controlled with command line parameters, i can also move whole procedure to a DLL module with progress callbacks if needed. The input will be file extension(s). My routine will create two threads, one for iterating hard drives and searching for given file type, and second that performs shredding. Synchronizing them will result in best performance.

Hi! I'm a new freelancer but I go way back with programming. I'm an expert developer with prior experience in development of file recovery software. I can do this project for you. I need a few more details, though. Which platform do you want this on? Windows or Linux? Which programming language do you want this to be developed in? How much time can you give me for it's development? Also, it isn't possible to create a program which recovers EVERY known format. There is a different method for recovery of each type of file. Anyone who claims that they can write software which can recover EVERY type of file is misleading you. I recommend that you build a list of file formats which you would want recovered (cost goes up with the size of the list, of course, since it's more work).
