I need to routinely send a "notification" to clients who will be using my service. 1. The notification window has to pop up to my clients "computer screen." The notification window has to always be on "top of every other window currently opened" Lets say the client is using a software platform, has multiple browsers open, has instant messaging open and many other things open. My notification window has appear on top of all of them. 2. One more feature is that the notification window has to be "interactive." My client needs to able to "click yes or no" and perhaps even write something and click send "directly" on the notification window.

For this scenario, you need to install a windows app/service on user's machine. Now it will check for regular notification from our web service and once it is ready then it will pull notification from web service and will show on screen.

Hello, If I understood correctly you need a software that is going to run in a background or in a Windows Tray that will pop up a notification window on top of any other running application with a possibility to interact with the window on screen. The notification window will be developed to transfer messages through this application to I suppose the remote server. To place a notification window over every other visible window it is possible by accessing each running process and finding all open windows. It is even possible to enumerate all open Windows with Win 32 API and then even it is possible to get the screen coordinates. I would go this path to center the notification window on top of the other visible. Please correct me if I am wrong. I am available to discuss. Best Regards, Patrik
