We are a company that sells telephones with a subscription that van be cancelled every month. Our product is a GPS tracker with two way communication function. It can be used in emergency situations to call our call centre. Our call centre is 24/7 available to help and assist. To manage this we are looking for a custom made customer portal in Odoo v8 (or another open source web based ERP system.) Customer should be allowed to manage their details and subscriptions here. Also they should be able to order a new product/subscription. Subscriptions are paid monthly with a bank wire. Extra on the monthly subscription fee we would like to invoice the customer for the calls he/she made. Data for this can be downloaded in CVS from Jasper Wireless (our SIM account.) Customer details should be (secure) available for our call centre with Easyscripter. Important: a customer can have multiple subscriptions with other details in one account.
