Hello, As I understand you need to develop a solution to some kind of traveling salesman problem? My approach for this project would be to, to start with, implement and compare tabu search and genetic algorithm, keeping track of feasibility of solution and the speed of execution. After that, some further optimization will need to be done, but without knowing project details, I cannot say what concretely.

I have done similar optimization using Genetic Algorithm by writing a Java code myself, I can do it for your task as well. Although I did that in Java, but can code the algo in python/MATLAB as well. Please discuss.

Hi. I have written many programs that involve optimization algorithms. I am familiar with many optimization methods, for both discrete and continious optimization parameters. I can write the software in C++, Matlab or some other language. I am familiar with many methods, ranging from shortest path, min cut-max flow, linear programming, convex programming, gradient descent and Gauss-Newton, to many more modern algorithms such as ADMoM. I would be happy to learn some more on this project.
