I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows. Find phrase matches from one column in a CSV file to any text in a local HTML file. In the same folder is 50 HTML files and one CSV file. I need the CSV file compared against all .HTML files in the same directory. I want the matches exported to a new text file
