C# - 3 statements for small IoT project

Need 3 Statements created, need done today/now. 1. thermostat Statement - Currently thermostat trips correctly that is state changes from on to off (line: 390-403) as expected. Element works correctly that is state can be changed from on to off (line:910-945) required for this statement; 1.1 New textbox (x) on the form that will accept numbers (second format), time value. 1.2 Logic (If thermostat trips, turn off element, wait for (X) time in sec then check if thermostat is still tripped if so wait (x) and check again. If not tripped then check element is still enabled and turn back on) 2. Temp saftey statement - If temp safety trips (line:406-419), currently trips correctly that is state changes from on to off. 2.1 Logic: If temp safety trips, turn off pump, turn off element. 3. Temp senor works and displays correct temperature in degrees (c) (line:510-530) 3.1 New textbox (t) on the form that will accept decimal numbers (0.00), format. example (120.25 degrees) 3.2 Another new textbox (z) on the form that will accept numbers (second format), time value. 3.3 Logic: If temp value from sensor is greater than (t), then turn off element. wait for (z) time in sec then check if (t) is still greater if so wait (z) and check again. If not tripped then check element is still enabled and turn back on)
