Check Interspire server and do some tuning

I'm looking for an experienced system admin and bulk email expert to check an interspire server and do some tuning. Another freelancer has already worked on it, he should setup a server for bulk email sending. These was our initial requirements : - be able to send 500.000 emails per day - should be able to use multiple rotating IP addresses (best Power MTA) - optimize MySQL Server for operations with Interspire Email Marketer - the use of multiple SMTP servers must be supported - the use of multiple IP addresses and domain names - setup of maximum emails processed per SMTP per hour must be supported - Inbox must have a high rate He finished the job but a lot of things seems not working good, as he doesn't give any sign, I'm looking for someone else to check if everythins was done correctly and to finish what remains. One of the major problems that we have is the contact import, it's very slow so you should start by optimizing that and testing email configuration and sending so we can start the warming up. I'm looking for a good and long relashionship with a professional system administrator who answers to emails within 24h. We will setup 2 other servers next month and other ones will follow.
