Construct psychometrics-based personality test methodology

For a project, I need the help of a psychometrics expert with a statistical and research background to help me develop a simple and intuitive personality evaluation framework that could potentially match employees with employers. The initial concept, in a nutshell, is that job seekers would fill out 5-8 questions on a slider scale covering 3 macro factors based on experience with an employer - management's style, peer culture, and organizational vision/direction. Based on the employees rating, an algorithm would then aggregate scores and select 1 out of 7-8 pre-set personality archetypes as the closest representative. The personality archetypes could perhaps be a contemporary/fun version of the Jungian archetypes, think likeness of Gandhi, Steve Jobs, Donald Trump, etc. The 2nd part of the framework then asks the employee to answer 5-7 intuitive/fun questions (along the lines of a Myers-Briggs) which can then be used to estimate their own personality type. As a last step, the framework then helps develop a %fit between the user's personality and current and potential employers. As you can tell, the concept still isn't completely clear in my own mind - that's where you, a psychometrics and research expert steps in :) I envision the engagement being part consultative, part brainstorming, and part methodology development. I am open to ideas/suggestion to evolve what I have in mind - the only constraint being that the end-result needs to be simple and intuitive and not require a whole lot of effort to fill out. I am also not sure how much time one would need to complete a project such as this, which is why I am leaving the work arrangement somewhat open ended. I am flexible with pricing if your recommended approach is compelling. I'd love to see a compelling Point of view and a recommended approach to both project scope and approximate time required. In the proposal, I'd be looking for someone who has a grasp of psychology, educational/HR measurement, questionnaire development, and research. Would be ideal If you have done something like this before, and have a strong understanding of the behaviors, motivations, and needs of employees and employers in the western world.
