We are running a 15 week teleseminar and would like the 90 minute calls transcribed from audio recordings. Milestones: Transcript #1: bidders should also include a stated amount for the first transcript only - if the quality is acceptable, the whole project would go ahead as agreed upon, for the accepted bid. If the quality is not acceptable, the service provider would be paid for the first transcript and the job would not proceed. Milestones for the overall job: payments would be made in blocks of 5 transcripts as the calls are completed and the work is done. After approval of transcript #1, the first block would start immediately.
