Create Unicode/Truetype Superscript Fonts in Serif and Sans Serif

We would like to receive Unicode-encoded superscript fonts in serif and sans serif suitable for use with Times Roman and Arial, respectively. The fonts should be Truetype and constructed using a professional-quality application such as Fontforge or Fontographer. The deliverables would be the application files and the installable fonts. The files must be licence-free. The required characters for each font are "0 to 9", "A to Z", "a to z", "(", ")" and "." in normal face. (Boldface and Italic may be added as a follow-on project.) The characters in the respective font should integrate transparently (baseline offset, etc.) with Times Roman or Arial and be of high quality.
