cut and edit video - also long term partnership

I run a website for managing nutrition and exercise and I would like to make a short instructional video. In the end it should be like this: White screen with text such as: How to create a random menu... then a fade and you see a screen recording done by me that shows the action... next it fades again: How to change an food article.. fade again and you see the action from my recording.... and so on.. the final video will be about 3-5 minutes long... and in 2 languages. From a planning point of view it will be like this: I start me screen recording... then I open a word file to show you the text to write on screen.. oyu copy that down... then I minimize the word doc.. wait a little while and then I do the action on screen.... then i maximize the word again and show you the next text and action.... The final video will be supplied using Dropbox for you to then cut and use. I will also supply an audio file to add as backgorund music. so what you need to do is the following: 1) download the video 2) import in video editing software 3) cut out the intermediate parts where I show the text to display 3.5) when site loads slowly at a certain point, cut this part or speed it up to make illusion of smooth operation fo the site. 4) Add the white screen with text parts and the fadings 5) Add the background music 6) add our logo in a fade from white to logo and then slowly zoom in on logo (i can show you how in another video I made) 7) make a HD resolution final video for me in both languages and transmit them to me. in the mean time.. do show me short samples of your work to get my feedback on how it looks. Later I will get back to you for smaller projects for adding different logos and maybe later a voiceover but this will be future projects.
