Animated Kayak Safety Video with Kayak Koala

We are a specialised kayak tour, rental and sales centre. We are looking for an animated kayak safety video to be produced. We already have our character - Kayak Koala (attached) - we have had him designed standing with his kayak as well as sitting in his kayak. We are looking for a fully animated video where the koala talks through our PADDLE SAFE PADDLE SMART Safety messages - the video is probably only about 2 minutes long. You will need to take the static design of the Koala and animate him walking, kayaking, talking and really acting out the different topics he is reading out. the back ground is to be a nice harbour setting, background sound would also add to the ambiance. His main task is he reads out the different safety guidelines (attached).
