I need to create a video explaining the services we are offering. The video will be loaded on Youtube and will be used for viral marketing. Voice over in both English and French i would need to buy as part of the bid. I propose a whiteboard type video. Bid is for upto 3 mins of video, and voice over, i can add music. I would like to see you reference video and find out more. Milestones include payment to start project to pay for voice overs etc. Please understand this. Thanks Tom
