Busy professional in need of a computer savvy, self-driven, motivated, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant. As the head of an eLearning company, there are many tasks that need to be done and I'm looking for that right-hand guy or gal that can help me get them done throughout the week. What you can expect from me: - Friendly, but expect the best from people in business - Professional - Organized - Don't like micro-managing - so don't put me in the position to do so - Self-starter with lots of initiative, expect the same from you - Love learning new things (techie and non-techie), expect you to do the same - how else do we grow in life... What I expect from you: Apart from some of the items listed above, my Virtual Assistant will need to possess the following skills and attributes: - Organized: You'll be expected to do multiple tasks and I need someone that can be organized to track their progress through those tasks and keep me updated on that progress without letting those tasks fall through the cracks. - Detail Oriented: My VA needs to be able to read between the lines and make sure the details of all tasks are covered. - Learner: I don't like people that assume things, if you have questions - ask them! If you're in doubt about a task, ask me! - Professional: My VA will need to understand and know how to properly communicate with clients and other business professionals via phone and email. You will be handling my calls, making some calls back to other business professionals (prospects and clients), as well as taking care of other communication tasks that will require you to be professional at all times. - Communication: This one is very important. You'll need to be available through Skype, mobile phone/text, and email. I expect call backs and responses via email/Skype within 15 minutes during business hours. Some tasks are not time sensitive but others might be and I need my VA to be available. Also, you should have excellent command of the English language - you will be working with my US Based clients and contacts. - Availability: As a VA you know the importance of being available during normal business hours for your clients. Because tasks will be sent to you throughout the day/week, not all tasks are Urgent or Top Priority and you will be provided guidance on this. However, those that are top priority will need to be handled within the time frame of having received the task so you should be available to work on tasks throughout the day - Monday through Friday 9 am through 6 pm. If you know you're going to be out or cannot work on a certain day, please communicate this with me prior to your non-availability and not the day of (unless you're sick and that's understandable). - Computer Savvy: You'll be working with a computer savvy professional, that's a quick learner in all things web and tech. I don't expect you to be a tech professional, but you should know your way around Microsoft Office and be willing to learn new software on your own time to help increase your value and offering. - Tech Must-Haves: Fast and dependable internet connection (if you're overseas and applying for this position - please do not apply if you do not have a dependable connection every day). Fast computer with the latest operating system software installed (For Windows - at least Windows 7, For Mac - at least OSX Mountain Lion) If you feel you're up for the challenge and are ready to strut your VA Skills, bid for the position and let me know why you would be perfect for this position as well as if you meet our requirements.

Hi, Your project sounds very interesting and a bit challenging :) I read through your project description and I believe I do meet the criteria you mentioned, especially regarding asking questions (I don't have problems asking if I'm unsure of something), informing about progress and informing in advance if I have any other obligations planned; as for my computer skills, I like to think I'm not too behind the world :) I have to admit that I get a bit.... terrified when clients look for super humans here :) because I'm really not one. On the other hand, I like to learn and I learn quickly, so if you don't mind me not being super human - then great :) As for my experience, you can see for yourself that I've worked here mainly as a content and article writer; but, I've also done some VA work, which included blog posting, forum posting, article spinning, audio transcribing, etc. You're welcome to check my reviews and should you have any questions, I'll be happy to answer. Hi there, I have worked for a London based company doing similar tasks to what you have described so I can guarantee 100% accuracy with this. I am a hard-working, diligent and detail orientated individual so I am confident I can handle this. I have always been very organized as I hate making any compromises on the quality of the work I do. Weather it's a small task or an important one I always try to do my best. I am a very fast learner so I can pick up new skills fairly quick and without much guidance. My English is perfect (both written and spoken) and I am very fast to answer any messages/emails so there will be no communication issues on my behalf. I can be available throughout the day for as many hours as you need me. As a bonus I can also work nights (US time), for tasks that you may require finished before early next morning, as I am on a different timezone. I have a fast and dependable internet connection (hasn't failed me in months) and a fast computer so you should have no worries in this department.
