Salut, M-ar interesa mai multe detalii despre proiectul mai jos descris. Putem discuta ? (atunci iti voi da mai multe detalii despre ce stiu sa fac - si voi putea spune si daca pot duce la bun sfarsit proiectul sau nu - momentan e vaga descrierea.) I assume, that for your integration, you need to feed leads from the magento customers accounts into your Call Center dialing queue. Dialer will dial leads and then, when answered, places leads into Agents. You probably need ab access to the original account to fetch and probably update profile data. I am new to freelanced and do most of my works on oDesk where you can find my profile ad good references ads well.
