We need an application working on windows 64 that having in input a list (excel) of mobile phone numbers, that can call the numbers listed (via Voip) and give us a report (in Excel) where we can find out if the mobile number called is: - OCCUPATE - SWITHED OFF- SWITCHED ON - NOT ACTIVE we also need to recall the swithed off and not active for a numbers of times.

This requirement is not too complex but requires specialized solution called a predictive dialer with a little CRM functionality. I have worked with several solutions like these but will need to know the scope. Is this a one- time project or will it be ongoing? I hope to hear from you soon.
