Create a Property site using wordpress

Objective: To create a property site using wordpress. We want a template something similar to [login to view URL] You may want to buy a template (as long as within our budget) or create a template. We need the following to be included: 1) To incorporate SEO in the entire site 2) To be link friendly 2) Able to include tagging for individual posting 2) To create banner 3) Improve the overall appearance of the website to be more aesthetically appealing and fresh. Our website Background: white, theme color: blue 4) To include Autoresponder/ subscribe newsletter 5) To include additonal 2 box for "Featured Property" just below top navigation bar eg [login to view URL] i have attached screen shots under file [login to view URL] We want the template created to include theme settings just like WP-Vybe 1.0 theme. I have attached some screen shots of WP-Vybe 1.0 theme settings for your reference. Pls pm me if you want access to a site with WP-Vybe 1.0 theme settings so you can try how does the WP-Vybe 1.0 theme settings works.
