I have a banner .jpg image on my website 800 x 200, 79 kB. I want this image animated. I want the twinkling-sparkling to move around frame to frame, suggesting water in motion. I want the surface of the water to come alive. image going to a professional site and must look pretty good/realistic. guess I'm asking for a .gif image of 5 or six frames. guessing a pro could knock this out in about an hour.
