Consumer Product Website Development

We are looking for an experienced, competent and reliable website designer/developer to create the framework for a simple website (< 10 pages). The design and content for this site are nearly finalized. The domain and hosting services for this site have already been procured. The finished product will be html pages corresponding to the requirements in the attached mock up. (Please review the mock up in detail before bidding.) Additional requirements are described below: * We will add to and or modify the content on these pages before final publication to our site. All files provided by the winning contractor should be editable by someone with basic HTML programming knowledge. * In addition to web page creation, we will expect the winning contractor to optimize our logo for viewing on the web. * The pages developed should be compatible with the current versions of MicroSoft IE and Mozilla Firefox * The winning bidder must be able to complete this project in 10 days and must be able to start 24 hours after bidding has completed. Preference will be given to bidders who can demonstrate an ability to complete this project in less than 10 days, who can provide samples and/or positive feedback from other clients and who can provide guidance on SEO. We expect this project to take a maximum of 10 days to complete. On day five (or half way through the project duration), there will be a check point where the winning contractor will be expected to provide a sample of either the Home page or the FAQ page for review and feedback. Payment will be made as follows: 25% at successful completion of checkpoint 75% at delivery of final product per specifications
