Creative Agency ( advertising) Website

I work for an ad agency. We are a bunch of creative people who try to mix creativity with effectiveness to give clients a balanced advertising [login to view URL] are young, energetic, full of ideas and impulsive. We love design and bright colors. COMING TO THE REQUIREMENT : We need a classy, eye catching website that not only attracts people, it tries and interacts with them through right placing of text, icons, messages etc. We are looking for someone who can make the website talk and have that WOW factor. Because, we ourselves are creative, we need a website that exhibits our work culture. So, anyone who looks at it for the first time should be impressed. Secondly, since we are a startup ( a year and a half old) , we need to have designs that are marketing friendly. We will use SEO and other tools of internet marketing. I am looking at a one pages flash based website where all the links have a single page. Need only designs.
