Custom Wordpress Theme

I am looking for somebody to design a custom wordpress theme. Rather than using wordpress as a traditional blog I use it as more of a CMS. I would like the new site to look clean and professional. The custom wordpress theme should meet the following requirements: - The theme should be clean and professional - Must not affect current page structure - Must be 3 column theme with text in the centre - SEO must be an essential consideration throughout the design - Must have contact form in sidebar - Must be able to add text and images to left and right sidebar using widgets - Must have customisable menu links underneath main header - Must have text navigational links in footer - Main header image must be unique for certain pages - this should be easily customisable - Implement a page carousel underneath header and main menu bar – see for example [login to view URL] - Left sidebar should have menu which changes depending on which button is selected from the main menu. This should be customisable. - Theme colours – mainly red, blue and white. - The theme should be easy to use and navigate for visitors of all ages. - The code should pass validation standards.
