Design an Ecommerce Website - Project Only One

Hey, I'm looking for an all rounder who can create not only a great looking full website but to get it working exactly perfect to. I need someone who can design a full website, with shopping cart and create the overall site design of my website. I'm looking for is someone who can replicate in design this website (similar to us but we are UK based) [login to view URL] - Maybe to make a few changes if you feel it can be improved or look better, but I need to to function exactly the same and operate on a similar checkout perspective. It's vitally important that I have the same features they do and the social media connections to. From a payment gateway perspective, I'll be using braintree [login to view URL] where you can sign up to try it (for in design websites) and test it. We are essentially a retail business who is linked to working with charities and selling on there behalf through our website [login to view URL] - I need it to look amazing but also function perfectly so that it works every time with no bugs.. I need it to incorporate social sharing similar to the sevenly website I've mentioned above.
