Hello, I am looking for a basic eCommerce website that has few features. Features: 1. Cart System 2. Coupons/Discounts 3. Payment Gateway: PayPal and CcAvenue 4. Products: Category & Sub-Category Wise 5. Every Products have some images 6. Fraud order detection 7. Registration/MemberShip System 8. Mobile App The design should be unique and responsive. We don't want to use any ready-made CMS's like PrestaShop, WooCommerce (WP Plugin). I need a fresh PHP based CMS with no vulnerabilities. The CMS coding must be extremely optimized and the sql query should also well optimized. I don't want any sql queries that takes more than 20 seconds. If you have any other idea, so feel free to send your proposals. I have already booked a domain and have web space.

Hi, Let me start my proposal from a description of my skills. I can do HTML, PHP and MySQL, together with PayPal APIs. If I get chosen I will most certainly add a lot of OpenSSL to the PHP because security is crucial in your project.
