WEB 1: thats the home page as soon as the site opens. WEB 2: We're under construction: this will appear when the mouse is on the building. So there should be a circle on the building, as soon as the mouse is on it that grey layer will appear and the words: we're under construction WEB contact us: this is the drop down menu when you click on contact us. the words are transparent. when the mouse goes to any of them they turn black. WEB Portfolio: this is the drop down menu which appears when you click on the portfolio word. the logos are transparent as well. When you hover on them, they will turn to colors and will allow you to visit their websites when clicked on them (URLs will be provided)
