Job Summary: Redesign user experience through CSS/HTML5 encoding for [login to view URL] Responsibilities: • Work with management to create static mockups or UI design wireframes in accordance with their requirements. • Upon approved mockups, work collaboratively with development teams to create live prototype, or limited dynamic pages based on UI design mockups / wireframes. Requirements • Strong understanding of user Interface or user experience design. • Have 3+ years of Experience working as a professional Web UI designer/programmer. • Can prototype designs with Dreamweaver or equivalent HTML/CSS design tools. • Knowledgeable in responsive and mobile design coding methodologies. • Comfortable with designing color/style themes appropriate for a business web-application. • Knowledgeable in HTML5 and CSS3 • Able to develop and test across modern and some older web browsers (IE8-10+, Firefox, Chrome, Safari). Pluses: • Bachelor's degree in Web Design or Graphic Design • Can design and draw icons in Photoshop/Illustrator for web or OS icon use.

Hi here's my initial PROPOSAL:- Hi I went through your project description and understand that you are looking for people who have previous experience in creating websites FROM EXISTING TEMPLATES. I have done website projects with requirements similar to yours, I would really like you to allow me a chance to prove my skills to you, to do this I will be more than happy to create a demo website for you free of cost, this way you don't have to pay me anything and I get to prove my skills to you. Regarding the project itself you don't have to pay me anything in advance I am open to getting paid in milestones. As per freelancer policy I cannot initiate exchange of messages with you so if you want me to work on the demo then please leave me a message and I'll get started right away. All you need to do is provide me with a list of things you want to see in the demo. PS:- please ignore the milestone request as per freelancer policy we are required to provide a minimum milestone request of 20%.
