I am a freelance writer attempting to create my own website but finding it difficult. I am currently using Wordpress ([login to view URL]) but am hoping to switch to Tumblr (currently [login to view URL] but soon to be [login to view URL]). I am mainly stuck on the following points: 1. How to delete the domain [login to view URL] from Wordpress and add it to Tumblr. 2. How to import my old Wordpress posts to Tumblr. 3. How to add drop down menus to the Tumblr page with links to my work (and if I have these in pdf do I have to host them somewhere?) 4. How to make each new post on the Tumblr site as wide as the header/page, and the page only one post wide. 5. How to change the About section so that the picture is smaller and alongside the text. I need to be able to edit and add to the site myself. I would really appreciate your help as it's driving me crazy!
