Instead of espousing our credentials, we would like to talk about your project specifically. First and foremost: The fork and deployment of Spree to Heroku is relatively straightforward. The multi-vendor extension is the more difficult part as it requires editing the database_prefix. Heroic creates its own database config by default so this would need to be overriden. You may also need to look into signing up for Amazon S3 to allow file uploads from Spree and Heroku.
