Build a Database

I need a database to be designed for a stock inventory management system, in Ms access database 2010 or 2013. With the following features in mind. *The system should be able to record stock in and stock out, As well as having the features to scan product into the system by the use of a barcode or any latest techniques * The system should be able to produce reports * And with the feature of alert messaging either via txt or via email, of when stocks are running low and needs re-ordering from vendor. * And there should be different access rights assigned to users/employee * The system should have the futures of being able to return broken/ unwanted item back to the vendor, and track the process I also need to see every step of the design for the database such as: * Normalization * Conceptual diagram with its relationships and keys * Notation diagram * And few queries to be run based on the above description Time allocated 2 days only, should be ready to start work straight away and Must be online frequently. PLEASE NO TIME WAIST ER.
