Build a Mobile Friendly Dreamweaver Template

I need a "Home Page", an "Inner Page" & a "Gallery Page" and possibly a secondary "Inner Page" created in Dreamweaver . The Home Page will need to have room for information, a header, a top and side menu, a footer, pictures etc. The Inner Page(s) will need room for information as well as Sales. I want to be able to turn on or off the sales area on various pages as some will have sales and some will be informational only. The Gallery Page will need to be an easy to use Gallery which will obviously show pictures of products and informational pictures. Description of requirements/features: I want Dreamweaver template pages that are easy for me to change the color scheme and pictures in order to create new sites. I do not need the information to be entered or the entire site to be built. I only want a template that I can use to create my sites. I have only created sites using "tables" but want a newer, fresher, mobile friendly look to our sites. It must be easy for me to add new information and create new pages as well as be able to add to the menu. It must also be easy to change the colors and pictures while still keeping the same basic design so I can create an entirely new website. Specific technologies required: Dreamweaver Extra notes: I do not want generic responses as I want to know that applicants understand that I do not want them to create an entire website but a template that can be used for numerous sites.
