Build an Online Store

Dear all, We need a website which customer can order the printing(namecard, poster, postcards, stickers, flyers...etc) online, upload the artwork files to printing company and printing will print the artwork offline and send it to customer. The only thing which works differently is this website allow member to “top up” theirs account, which means, customer can using their credit balance to pay for their printings. Or customer can user normal checkout to make their payment. Features List : • Shopping Cart System: All the shopping cart features. • Content Management System: Admin is able to manage the website content. • File Upload System: Member is able to upload the files using the upload system or choose to use 3rd party uploading system like wetransfer, dropbox…etc. • Payment System: We need to integrate 3rd party like Paypal, Stripe...etc to our website as the payment gateway. • Top-Up System: Same as above, we will use 3rd party like Paypal, Stripe...etc to allow member to top-up their account. After member make payment, admin will check to see if the transaction is done. If it’s done, admin will assign a certain credit to member account, member can use the credit to make payment. If there is something wrong with the transaction, admin will put the status as “hold” and leave the message to member. • Support Ticket System: Member is able to use this system for support. • Live Chat System: We need a live chat system to allow member to chat with certain department like billing/ support / sales…etc • Secure Login System: We need a secured admin login system and member login system for admin panel and member panel.
