Elaborate e-commerce/erp system which will take care of : 1. Course Creation & secure storage of course material 2. Course Sale 3. Course Delivery & handling of all associated processes. 4. Trainer Module with each trainer/partner being able to create their own courses and sell them in your training marketplace. Handling of all associated activities for revenue sharing with trainers. 5. Student Dashboard 6. Trainer Dashboard 7. Master Dashboard. Comprehensive backend system to manage all of the above. Essentially the backend will be a full-fledged erp system custom built to handle the training market place. 8. The udemy site also provides Android and IOS Apps. At this first stage of implementation I have not included development of the apps as the app development for each of the two platforms themselves will be major projects as well and will increase your initial investment costs considerably. The entire software system will be built in such a way that 1 person can handle the entire business, as most of the activities will be automated and very few human interventions will be required. One person can comfortably handle around 5000 customers. Note that preparation of course material is not included in our scope of work. The software will be built to allow you to and your trainer partners to create courses and upload all associated training materials, viz. video files, pdf files, etc. COSTS: Two types of costs are involved. 1. One time Initial Development cost. 2. Annual recurring cost.
