Build an Online Store

I need an online store for my Florist which is located in Melbourne Australia. The business is currently running from a shop front and the website should be an extension to this. I have looked at Shopify and BigCommerce and both tick some boxes but not all. I am looking for somebody who can create a site within Shopify or BigCommerce with customisations that meet all my requirements listed below. The requirements I have are: Classy Easy to navigate Easy to administer Responsive design New products can be added easily Existing products can be updated easily The site provides for the purchase and administration of gift vouchers Links to social media sites Contact form The florist is about to undergo a name change including the development of a new logo. The actual look of the website will need to be modified to incorporate the new logo and name once this is available. Shopping Cart / Checkout: Once in the shopping cart, the customer can select a delivery time that are presented to them depending on the time of the order and the day of the week. For example if it is before 11am on a Wednesday they can select same day delivery or between 9am and 12pm Thursday or between 1pm and 5pm Thursday etc. Delivery can be restricted to pre-configured Australian postcodes. Cost of the delivery to be based on the postcode entered. Cost of delivery to be displayed to the customer on entry of a postcode. The administrator needs to be able to configure delivery days and times available. Ie no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays and the cut-off date/time to be different for days such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s day. Allows for orders to be picked up from the store. Payment gateway that accepts credit card payments “Reasonable” merchant fees
