Looks and feel should be simple and elegant, no clutter despite lot of content. We need initial version of the website in a Day and we will slowly work on other changes. Use only HTML + CSS + JS + Angular/Rest. Website should load in 2/3 Secs, this need to be kept in consideration while designing as there will be lot of images (so appropriate techniques should be used). Most importantly we also need someone who can take care of the content (we provide a rough draft but final text should be good). Lastly this should be SEO optimized.
