hi, According project description i understand you have third party site ie. on Yahoo site builder. - I would prefer to build it now from scratch and customize it according your need. - Depending on other third party url is really out dated now - I would design it in HTML5 and bootstrap so it would be responsive. (Compatible with all phones and tablets ) - Framework i would prefer is Magento if its single vendor online store.
