I am in need of a programmer/designer to help me design a real estate related web site. All the technology exist that I plan to integrate into the site. i.e search, maps, etc. The site will need to allow a realtor or home owner the ability to purchase ads and or place listings on the site and be able to upload photos etc., via a template. The site will be a national website so mapping will need to work in all areas. As well, one feature of the site will be a way to save searches and allow for a printable list of properties with photos and description. another feature of the mapping must allow placement of an icon locating a participating property. As well, when you mouse over the icon a bubble must appear that contains data on that specific property. Like I said, all of this technology is out there, I just need someone to make it all work for me. Thanks!!
