Build wireframes for website using Balsamiq or Axure or Pencil

We are starting a new project and have the website mockups on paper. We are looking for someone who can take those paper drawings and build wireframes using Balsamiq or Axure or Pencil or any popular wireframing tool. There will be only 5-6 pages at the most and this will be few hours task for an expert. All requirements would be provided to you in a documented format via skype call or email. You should be ready to perform multiple revisions until it we get a satisfactory draft. Please share your wireframing examples. All bids without examples would be rejected immediately. We just want wireframe designers who are expert in UI & UX of mobile apps and web apps. We don't want actual designing services in Photoshop or HTML slicing. Please don't share irrelevant samples.
