CSS Customization

We need a professional CSS/XHTML coder and designer to update a basic CSS design to be a professional looking one. To get an idea about the look and feel of the required design check the attached Jpeg image file. We will provide you with a complete code of the initial CSS files along with HTML sample files of the initial interface. The following changes are required: • Change the color scheme as explained by the attached Jpeg image file. • Change the width of the screens (again check the attached Jpeg image file). • Change the fonts such as screens look more professional and more polished. • Your creativity is needed to with overall site such as it looks more polished. Non-Functional Requirements • Result work must work smoothly on any other future page without applying changes in HTML, if there is high need for changes in HTML must be explained clearly. • Result work must be fully functional valid CSS, XHTML formatted website. • Result work must be fully functional in IE 5.5, 6.0, 7, Firefox and Opera Bidder must provide a timeline plan. In addition, he/she must be able to communicate effectively and reachable via IM, email and phone. Please provide sample of your work.
