CSS Project

Hello, I have another CSS Project. Here are the details. I am looking for someone very skilled in css and html to create a header for me, it is a tabbed header using css. I am looking for a quick turnaround on this project so please bid if you can complete the work in 1 day. Please respond with your bid, along with samples ideally of other tabbed headers you have done. No javascript in links, want pure html for links in the header, and I have sample html you can follow that will show the exact design that I want so this should not be difficult for experienced coder.
