I have a single page PSD which I would like converted to a single page HTML holding page website. There is a full screen background image, a central logo, three small circles containing text, two email links and a phone link at the bottom of the page, and an OTF font (provided in linked ZIP) that needs to be uploaded to the server. The website should be sufficiently responsive on mobile that the central phone number and email links should be visible and usable. I have provided a thumbnail screenshot of the design so that you can understand what is involved.
