We have 50 excel templates which need to be converted into webforms. We would like these forms designed in a responsive online formbuilder which would be easily viewed and used on mobile phones, tablets and PC. The information that is captured by the forms need to be stored in a database and accessed easily.

Hello and thank you for this opportunity! I will actually try to finish the project sooner than the actual 17 days that I promised. Your web-site will be made in both HTML and PHP and the databases will be MySQL. My vision of it is with pages that generates themselves, ant that doesn't cost as much memory as just HTML code for the web-server. I will provide the fastest and most secure code using PHP v5.5. Also the databases will be protected of anything(SQL Injection, Passwords will be encrypted with Blowfish encryption and using salts). The reason my price is lower than the other's is that I'm new to freelancer but I assure you that my services are the best. :) I hope you like my offer and you are willing to choose me for this project! Thanks in advance! P.S I am good with the design too so after the web-site is done we can discuss the styling too.
