Convert a Template to a woring page - One page for application

Using [login to view URL] theme. Covert my basic mock up into a HTML page with working js. Ie top panel to have navigation buttons to scroll through the thumbnails, thumb nail to be clickable, the sections are to collapse when clicked. This page will be later added into an C# MVC application. any changes to css or js are to be on separate files, that is do not modify the template css or js. If need extra plug-ins that is ok. The forms inputs are generic only, just add a few. The panel on the right had side to to house a <canvas>. Note that form posting will be AJAX and is not required as part of this project. Just the look and the HTML working are required.
